Zhaofu Insurance is an inclusive commercial supplementary medical insurance in Zhaoqing. It is jointly underwritten by Pacific Property Insurance Guangdong Branch, PICC Property Insurance Zhaoqing Branch, Sunshine Property Insurance and Taikang Pension Guangzhou Branch. These insurance companies are regular companies with high reputation.

I. Overview

Zhaofubao, also known as "Zhaofubao", was jointly promoted by Zhaoqing Medical Insurance Bureau and Zhaoqing Yinbao Supervision Branch 10 Municipal Bureau, which not only filled the gap that self-funded drugs could not be reimbursed, effectively reduced the burden of self-funded medical expenses, but also benefited specific drugs for cancer and rare diseases.

II. Insurance Conditions and Benefits

(1) As long as Zhao Fubao is the insured who has participated in the basic medical insurance in Zhaoqing, regardless of age, occupation and health status, he can take out insurance or take out insurance despite illness. Zhao Fubao provides 15 kinds of self-funded drugs for malignant tumors and 6 kinds of special drugs for rare diseases. If there is no deductible, 80% can be reimbursed, and the amount of protection is high, which can reduce the pressure on patients' drug expenses. "Zhaofubao" is not limited to past diseases. The reimbursement rate of "one-time reimbursement" and "second reimbursement" for four categories of people with serious past diseases is halved, and the reimbursement of medical expenses for other people with past diseases is treated as "Zhaofubao". (2) Although hospitalization expenses and outpatient expenses for specific diseases can also be compensated, the proportion of compensation is low, and only 35%-45% can be reimbursed. Special drugs for malignant tumors and rare diseases outside the hospital do not compensate for previous diseases. Many Huimin medical insurance in the market only costs tens of yuan a year, but Zhaofubao costs 150 yuan a year, and the price is relatively high.

Three, in 2022, the "Zhaofubao" insurance method is divided into group insurance and individual insurance.

(1) Enterprises, institutions, individual economic organizations, social organizations, private non-enterprise units and other employers within the administrative area of Zhaoqing City can pay insurance premiums for their employees who belong to the applicable population of "Zhaofubao";

(2) Street (town), collective economic organizations (or villagers' committees), social organizations and other organizations can handle insurance payment for those who belong to the "Zhaofubao" applicable population by accepting donations or raising funds by themselves.

(3) Individuals who belong to the applicable group of "Zhaofubao" can pay insurance premiums for themselves and their immediate family members.
