Maternity insurance is compulsory insurance, which is paid by my unit. The employer must pay it for you, and the individual may not pay it. Maternity insurance is a social policy that the state legislates to protect the rights and interests of female workers. 1. These three forms are compiled by enterprises;

5. Female employees shall submit materials to the social labor insurance department for insurance payment within 30 days before the expiration of maternity leave (pay attention to the time, and it is more troublesome to apply for overdue);

6. After being audited, the staff will open an application form for maternity insurance premiums for employees of urban enterprises;

7. The materials of insurance payment mainly include: maternity information, identity certificate information, birth certificate, hospital diagnosis certificate, medical settlement list, etc. ;

8. After being approved by the social labor insurance department, I can bring relevant documents to the social security department to receive maternity insurance reimbursement.
