What if the original social security unit owes money and the new unit fails to pay it?

Legal analysis: you can choose to go to the social security bureau to handle the arrears, and all individuals will bear the payment; Or go to the social security bureau to apply for voluntary waiver of arrears; And go to the labor and social security department to complain or directly to the court to sue the unit and ask the unit to pay social security. After the social security of the original unit is broken, the new unit will not pay it back, but will only pay it again.

Legal basis: Article 63 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. If the employer fails to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay or make up within a time limit. If the employer fails to pay or make up the social insurance premium within the time limit, the social insurance premium collection agency may inquire from banks and other financial institutions.
