The reimbursement rate of caesarean section insurance is as follows:

2. The social security of urban residents who participate in the insurance will have a fixed subsidy of several hundred yuan in designated hospitals. Caesarean section expenses can not be reimbursed within 2000 yuan, 45% can be reimbursed for the part of 2000-7000 yuan, and 65% can be reimbursed for the part of more than 7000 yuan.

The following medical expenses will not be reimbursed:

1, medical expenses incurred in non-designated medical institutions without approval;

2, except suicide, self-mutilation (mental illness);

3, fighting, fighting, alcoholism, drug abuse and other crimes or violations of public security management;

4. Traffic accidents, accidental injuries, medical accidents, etc. ;

Legal basis: Article 26 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

The basic medical insurance for employees, the new rural cooperative medical system and the basic medical insurance for urban residents shall be implemented in accordance with state regulations.

Article 28

Medical expenses that meet the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency rescue shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.

Article 29

The medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by social insurance agencies, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units.

The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.

Article 30

The following medical expenses are not included in the payment scope of the basic medical insurance fund:

(a) shall be paid by the industrial injury insurance fund;
