Continuous insurance payment:

(5) Newborn payment:

(1) Newborns who are insured within 3 months after birth will enjoy basic medical insurance benefits from the date of birth;

(2) Newborns who have been insured for more than 3 months after birth will enjoy the new basic medical insurance benefits from the following month 1.
