Wuhai Medical Insurance Administration is a fully funded sub-county institution under the leadership of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Responsible for guiding and promoting the reform of the city's medical insurance system, undertaking the daily affairs of basic medical insurance, and implementing management functions such as supervision, inspection, assessment and punishment for designated medical insurance institutions. Its main functions are:
