On-the-job personnel can apply for a new social security card in batches through the unit. It can also be collected through Shanghai People's Society APP or Alipay APP.

1. Apply: Citizens who meet the requirements for applying for social security cards can make an appointment at the service station by telephone or apply for social security cards directly at the service station.

(a) when the downloaded information is inconsistent with the information provided by the applicant's telephone number, written information and various valid certificates, the service station shall suspend the acceptance of the application, inform the applicant of the reasons for suspending the acceptance and the way to resume the acceptance, and notify the Municipal Information Service Center of the information inconsistency.

(2) When the information on the applicant's ID card is inconsistent with the information on the household registration book or household registration certificate, the service station shall inform the applicant to go to the local police station (police station) where the household registration is located and correct the information in accordance with the household registration management regulations before applying.

(3) If the Municipal Information Service Center * * * enjoys no relevant information of the applicant in the database, the service station shall inform the applicant to apply for household registration;
