Discharge reimbursement process is as follows:

When leaving the hospital, if you need to hold a personal medical insurance ic card, you should go through the discharge registration formalities at the medical insurance processing window of the designated medical institution. When you are in hospital, you usually need to pay 2000 yuan in advance for medical expenses, and when you leave the hospital, you should pay more and make up less.

If you do not go through the hospitalization registration formalities, the medical expenses incurred before will not be included in the payment scope of basic medical insurance.

If it is because of emergency hospitalization, you should go to the medical insurance window with the emergency certificate the next day after hospitalization. If the hospitalization procedure exceeds the time limit, you need to bear the medical expenses yourself.

According to Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law

Medical expenses that meet the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency rescue shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.

Article 29 of the Social Insurance Law

The medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by social insurance agencies, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units.

The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits of rubber wax.
