Hook adjustment means that on the basis of quota adjustment, enterprise retirees are linked to their payment years, and the 3 yuan is increased per person per month for each full year; On the basis of quota adjustment, retirees in government agencies and institutions are linked to the pension level, and the average pension level of similar personnel in 20 15 and 12 years is taken as the base, with an increase of 4.5% per person per month.

Tilt adjustment refers to the appropriate tilt for enterprise retirees who have participated in the work earlier and enterprise retirees in hard and remote areas. In addition, for retired military cadres with low basic pensions, continue to ensure that their basic pensions are not lower than the average level of enterprise retirees in our city. It is worth noting that retirees can enjoy it at the same time if they meet multiple preferential policies.

After this adjustment, enterprise retirees who have paid 15 years can get a monthly increase of 105 yuan. The algorithm is as follows: quota increases 60 yuan+tilt adjustment increases 3 yuan 15= 105 yuan.
