Online appointment of medical insurance in Chaoyang District, Beijing

I. Social Security Registration

1. Bring the official seal to the bank where the account is opened, and sign the authorization letter of special entrustment for payment and receipt in the same city.

Full name of payee: Beijing Chaoyang District Social Insurance Fund Management Center

2. Go to the social security center of the district where the registration is located to register the unit.

Materials: Original and photocopy of organization code certificate.

Original and photocopy of business license of enterprise as a legal person

"Special power of attorney for the same city" and its copy.

Copy of legal person's ID card (front and back)

Fill in the Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form (form 1) in duplicate.

Second, after registration, social security will give the enterprise a social security number.

After you come back, download version 2.4.6 medical collection software from Beijing Labor and Social Security website, input company information, print the attached pages of Table 1 and Table 2, and affix the official seal.

Third, increase the number of staff.
