Where to apply for social security in Shenzhen

Enrolment process: (1), go to the collection window of social security institutions to collect and fill in the Registration Form of Shenzhen Individual's First Application for Social Insurance; (2) Attach the application materials; (3) go to the personal payment window of the social security agency collection department in the jurisdiction where the household registration is located. (4) Residents above 18 who enjoy the minimum living allowance and have not participated in medical insurance shall submit a written application to the street office where their household registration is located with the household registration book, the Shenzhen Minimum Living Guarantee Certificate and the Minimum Living Guarantee Certificate, and report to the local civil affairs bureau for review after being audited by the street office where their household registration is located. After examination and approval, the district civil affairs bureau where the household registration is located shall go through the relevant insurance procedures with the social security department.
