Do you need to pay social security for medical insurance?

If you are an employee, the company must handle social security for you, including basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance. Therefore, it is impossible to pay only medical insurance and not social security.

If you are not an employee working in the unit, you can pay the residents' medical insurance and the new rural cooperative medical system.
