Tianmen slow warranty application process is as follows:

1. Elderly people aged 65 or above who meet the application conditions for chronic disease insurance, or residents aged 18 who have two or more chronic diseases that meet the requirements.

2. Prepare relevant materials, including the applicant's ID card, social security card, chronic disease diagnosis certificate, subsistence allowance certificate, etc.

3. Go to the insurance service window set up by the county to apply.

4. Submit the materials, fill in the application form and sign for confirmation.
