1. Open Alipay and click more options.

2. Find the city service option in more interfaces, and click Enter.

3. Click the social security query option.

4. Click on the authorization interface to confirm the authorization.

5. Select the option of "Medical Insurance Column" in the pop-up interface.

6. Click Personal Account Options.

7. You can query the account balance in the jumped medical insurance account query interface.
