That is, 75% of the average social wage of 40,042 yuan in 20 16 years, that is, 3003 1.5 yuan, as the payment base for participating in urban workers' medical insurance as an individual, personal account funds are included in the base.

Compared with the payment base of 80% of social security wages this year, the base will be lowered by 5% next year. This means that citizens will save more money by participating in insurance.
