Third, the management of flexible employees:

Four, flexible employment personnel social security subsidy standards:

For flexible employees who hold a "Re-employment Concession Card" and have participated in social basic old-age pension and unemployment insurance, the social insurance subsidy will be paid first and then supplemented. The social insurance subsidy for flexible employees is calculated according to 2/3 of the actual social insurance premium paid, and the subsidy period shall not exceed 3 years at the longest. Flexible employees who fail to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time shall not enjoy social insurance subsidies.
