What is critical illness allowance?

Serious illness subsidy, the full name of which is medical assistance for serious illness of urban and rural residents with difficulties, is to give limited economic assistance to urban and rural residents who suffer from major diseases and have difficulties in medical care and family life and enjoy preferential medical policies; Pre-hospital medical assistance is given to groups with special difficulties (including urban subsistence allowances, rural subsistence allowances, rural five guarantees, urban poor workers and their families), and they are funded to participate in urban residents' medical insurance or the new rural cooperative medical system respectively.

Application conditions

1, urban and rural subsistence allowances;

2, rural five objects, three people in cities and towns;

3. Government-funded orphans and disabled children;

4. Poor families whose actual daily consumption expenditure is lower than the local minimum living standard due to illness;

5. The above-mentioned recipients must have local accounts, participate in urban (employees and residents) medical insurance or new rural cooperative medical care, and be treated in designated medical institutions, and be reimbursed by medical insurance.
