1. File transfer of non-normal students

The archives of college graduates in the province are stored in the public human resources service institutions where the household registration is located.

After reporting to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, college graduates outside the province shall go through the filing formalities at the public human resources service institution where their household registration is located.

Overseas students and domestic graduate institutions keep student files; Files that cannot be saved by the school are stored in the public human resources service institution where the household registration is located.
