How long does it take to re-pay social security after breaking off diplomatic relations?

According to the time of breaking off diplomatic relations, there are two situations:

1. Under normal circumstances, you can enjoy normal medical insurance benefits within three months after breaking off diplomatic relations and from the second month after going through normal payment procedures;

2 continuous interruption of payment for 3 months (inclusive), as an interruption of insurance. If you want to enjoy medical insurance benefits, you need to attach the condition of continuous payment for 6 months after going through the renewal procedures. Under normal circumstances, the social security card can't be used normally after being stopped for one month. According to the relevant regulations, the employer is required to pay social security according to the prescribed social insurance premium. If the employer fails to pay the social security fee in full and on time, the Social Security Bureau can order it to make up, and the employer also needs to pay the late payment fee. If you want to continue to pay social security after stopping payment, you need to wait until the next month after stopping payment to use the social security card normally, while the social security paid by individuals needs to wait for three months to use it.

Article 86

If the employer fails to pay the social insurance premium in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay it within a time limit or make up for it, and from the date of default, an overdue fine of 5/10000 shall be added daily; Failing to pay within the time limit, the relevant administrative departments shall impose a fine of more than one time and less than three times the amount owed.
