3. Retire from illness. Men who have reached the age of 50 and women who have reached the age of 45 due to illness and have worked continuously for 10 years can apply for retirement from illness, retire early and start to receive pensions.

4. Retirement for special jobs. Mainly refers to the personnel engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, heavy manual labor and toxic and harmful work, who can retire five years in advance, but the payment period must be 15 years.

5. Retire according to working age. At present, only civil servants can retire with working age. You can apply for early retirement as long as you have worked for 30 years. For example, if you graduate from college at the age of 25 and start working for 30 years, that's 55 years old. For men, this is five years ahead of schedule.

Legal Basis: Interim Measures of the State Council on Retirement and Resignation of Workers Article 1 Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:

(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years.
