I can't check the progress of making social security cards.

First, open the search engine, enter "Department of Human Resources and Social Security", and then link official website, the Municipal Department of Human Resources and Social Security to enter.

In official website, there is "Social Security Card Service" in the menu bar at the top. Query social security card information in this option, and then click Open.

There is a related query in the webpage under the social security card service, which is the "business card printing progress query" we chose.

Then we will be prompted to enter relevant information on the refreshed page, and we will fill in our name, ID number and verification code. Please note that the ID number is required and the name can be left blank.

After entering the information, click the query on the right, and the card processing progress will be displayed at the bottom of the webpage in the form of a progress bar.
