Shenzhen social security refund

Materials to be submitted for Shenzhen social security refund:

1. Application Form for Retirement of Social Insurance Fund for Enterprise Employees in Shenzhen, company resignation certificate, two copies of ID card of the surrenders, original ID card and social security card of the surrenders. Bank cards are limited to four major banks: Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Agricultural Bank;

2. The certificate issued by the company is a form with the words "one-time pension insurance subsidy" written on it, followed by the company name, company social security account number, personal social security account number, reason for leaving the company, company seal and personal signature for verification.

Surrender process:

1. It will take me at least two days to complete the formalities.

2. Go to the designated place to submit the materials, and the Social Security Bureau will conduct accounting there;

3. Go to the surrender place to get a bank refund policy and get cash at the bank;

4. Processing time: Monday to Friday 9: 30-12: 0014: 00-17: 00.

The state exercises strict supervision over social insurance funds.

The State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall establish and improve the supervision and management system of social insurance funds to ensure the safe and effective operation of social insurance funds.

People's governments at or above the county level shall take measures to encourage and support all sectors of society to participate in the supervision of social insurance funds.
