Abolish the Interim Measures for the Administration of Social Insurance Fee Declaration and Payment.

The "Regulations on the Administration of the Declaration and Payment of Social Insurance Fees" has been deliberated and adopted at the114th ministerial meeting in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and is hereby promulgated, and shall come into force as of the date of adoption at the 20th114th ministerial meeting.

20 13 September 26th Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as the Social Insurance Law) and the Provisional Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees for the purpose of regulating the administration of the declaration and payment of social insurance premiums.

Article 34 These Provisions shall come into force as of 2013110/October 65438. The Interim Measures of the former Ministry of Labor and Social Security for the Administration of Social Insurance Premium Declaration and Payment (Order No.2 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security) shall be abolished at the same time.
