The employer issues the insurance certificate, and I bring the original and photocopy of the certificate and ID card to the citizen card center for handling. Citizen card refers to an integrated circuit card (IC card) issued by the government to citizens and foreigners working in this city for handling personal social affairs and enjoying public services. Citizen cards include social security cards, electronic wallet cards and bank cards.
