The state has formulated relevant social security subsidy policies for college students. 1. Subsidy standard 1. The post subsidy standard is 40% of the city's minimum wage standard, and the social insurance subsidy is given according to the payment part of the city's minimum social insurance payment base in that year. Among them, the pension insurance subsidy is 20%, the medical insurance subsidy is 8% (serious illness as a whole), the unemployment insurance subsidy is 1%, the maternity insurance subsidy is 0.5%, and the industrial injury insurance subsidy is 0.4% (higher than 0.4%, lower than 0.4% is 0.4%). 2. For college students who recruit college graduates within 2 years of graduation and pay social insurance premiums according to regulations, they can apply for a one-time entrepreneurship subsidy to promote employment according to the number of employed people. The standard is 1 person, 3,000 yuan per recruit, and the total amount does not exceed 30,000 yuan; Or apply for 1 year post subsidy and 3-year social insurance subsidy for recruiters. Iii. The enterprise that goes through the formalities shall submit the application materials at the end of each month. At the beginning of each year, the enterprises that declare college students' entrepreneurship subsidies are audited. If they don't meet the requirements, the subsidy will stop.

Article 8

When applying for social insurance subsidies and post subsidies for the first time, the following materials shall be submitted:

(a) the report that the applicant enjoys social insurance subsidies and post subsidies;

(2) Business license of enterprise as a legal person or certificate of public institution as a legal person, registration certificate of social organization as a legal person and business license of individual industrial and commercial households. Commercial enterprises and service-oriented enterprises should also submit the confirmation certificate of enterprise units that absorb laid-off and unemployed persons;

(3) The original and photocopy of the Beijing Urban Employment Registration Card for the unemployed, the original and photocopy of the Re-employment Concession Card, the People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card, and the labor contract (the original is returned after examination);

(four) the list of employers applying for social insurance subsidies and post subsidies;

(five) "proof that the employer employs unemployed people to pay social insurance premiums";

(6) Approval form for social insurance subsidies and post subsidies.
