Social security base declaration process:
1, waiting for the notice from the Social Security Bureau. It is generally necessary to adjust the new social security base. There will be a formal notice in the relevant groups of the Social Security Bureau, and the Social Security Bureau will issue a formal red-headed document, which will be subject to the official document, instead of blindly adjusting the new base, so as not to affect the legitimate rights and interests of all employees;
2. Go to the Social Security Bureau to copy the relevant forms. After the formal notice, we have to confirm this base adjustment with the department heads. Then go to the corresponding window of the Social Security Bureau to copy the form. And print out the form;
3. Calculate the new social security base according to the document requirements. The document will inform the calculation method of the new base, and if it fails to reach the minimum level, it will be paid at the minimum level;
4. Inform employees to sign. After calculating the new cardinal number, print out the copied form and inform the user to adjust the cardinal number according to the above personnel list. If it is convenient, the employee can confirm the signature by himself; if it is inconvenient, it is necessary to ask the user for advice to sign on his behalf;
5. Prepare the personnel change table. If someone adds or subtracts the personnel change form in the current month, remember to prepare the personnel change form in advance and stamp it. Back up when reporting;
6. Social Security Bureau's new base declaration. Next, you can declare with the employee confirmation signature form, commitment letter and electronic version. The staff will calculate the new social security project payment according to the data imported from the electronic version, declare it, and copy the insurance details to the user.
Legal basis: Article 4 of the Administrative Provisions on the Declaration and Payment of Social Insurance Fees.
The employer shall report the payment to the local social insurance agency within the prescribed time limit on a monthly basis, and the reporting items include:
(a) the name, organization code, address and contact information of the employer;
(two) the employer's bank, account name and account number;
(three) the employer's payment insurance, payment base, rate and payment amount;
(four) the roster of employees and the payment of employees;
(five) other matters stipulated by the social insurance agency.
In a payment year, after the initial declaration by the employer, the remaining months can only declare the changes in the matters specified in the preceding paragraph; If there is no change, it may not be declared.
