What is Chengdu's purchase restriction policy?

Chengdu's current purchase restriction policy is as follows:

1. To purchase new commercial housing or second-hand housing in Chengdu, Tianfu New District, the following conditions shall be met at the same time:

(1) The purchaser has the household registration of Tianfu New District directly under Chengdu, or the household registration of Tianfu New District directly under Chengdu, but has been employed stably in the local area and has paid social security continuously for more than 24 months.

(2) There are two or more households with registered residence in this Municipality, and there is no self-owned housing or self-owned housing 1 set in the whole city, or adult single households with registered residence in this Municipality and non-registered residents have no self-owned housing in the whole city.

2. In the Southern Park of Chengdu High-tech Zone, newly purchased commercial housing or second-hand housing shall meet the following conditions:

(1) The purchaser has a household registration in Nanyuan, Chengdu High-tech Zone, or has not registered in Nanyuan, Chengdu High-tech Zone, but has been employed stably in the local area and paid social security continuously for more than 24 months.

(2) There are two or more households with registered residence in this Municipality, and there is no self-owned housing or self-owned housing 1 set in the whole city, or adult single households with registered residence in this Municipality and non-registered residents have no self-owned housing in the whole city.

3. Newly purchased commercial houses or second-hand houses in Xiyuan District, Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, jinniu district, Wuhou District, chenghua district District, Longquanyi District, Xindu District, Wenjiang District, Shuangliu District and Pidu District of Chengdu High-tech Zone shall meet the following conditions:

(1) The purchaser has the household registration in the above-mentioned areas, and Chengdu is directly affiliated to Tianfu New District, South Park of High-tech Zone, or the household registration in the above-mentioned areas, but has been in stable employment in the above-mentioned areas and has paid social security continuously for more than 24 months.

(2) There are two or more households with registered residence in this Municipality, and there is no self-owned housing or self-owned housing 1 set in the whole city, or adult single households with registered residence in this Municipality and non-registered residents have no self-owned housing in the whole city.

4. In qingbaijiang district, jianyang city, Dujiangyan City, Pengzhou City, Qionglai City, chongzhou city City, Jintang County, Xinjin County, Dayi County and Pujiang County, the purchaser should have the household registration or non-household registration in this city, but have been in stable employment in this city and paid social security 12 months continuously.
