1, the newly established enterprises within 30 days to the social security center for social insurance registration. The following information is required: ① copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person and a copy; ② organization code certificate and a copy; ③ copy of the enterprise legal person ID card.

2. Signing the agreement to participate in pension insurance. Need to provide the following information: the previous year's enterprise "Labor Situation Table" (Form 104), the newly established units to provide the last month or the month of the employee's payroll.

3. Review the qualifications of the participants. ① urban workers in the city need to provide: recruitment form, ID card, college student dispatch card, transferring workers personal pension transfer order, temporary workers job search card; ② urban workers in foreign provinces and cities need to provide: a copy of the household register, ID card, personal account transfer order, no proof of participation in the social security system, employment certificate, etc.; ③ rural migrant workers need to provide: labor administration department approved labor indicators, "Beijing Municipal Employers Recruitment of Rural Labor Force in the city roster", employment certificate.

4. Fill in the "Beijing Pension Insurance Participating Units Registration Form" (Form 1) and "Beijing Urban Workers Participating in Pension Insurance Registration Form" (Form 2).

5. Employees who need to make supplementary contributions to pension insurance are required to fill in the "Form on the Status of Pension Insurance Contributions of Urban Workers in Beijing" (Form 4) and the "Summary Form on the Supplementary Contributions to Pension Insurance of Urban Workers in Beijing" (Form 5).

6. After inputting the above Forms I, II, IV and V into the computer, the individual account will be established.

7. Pay the fee (check or cash) at the finance.
