After participating in unemployment insurance, people who are unemployed will enjoy unemployment insurance benefits in accordance with the Regulations and the implementation measures.

Joint-stock companies and limited liability companies that are not domiciled in cities and towns but have operated in accordance with the provisions of the Company Law shall participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions of these Measures.

Urban individual industrial and commercial households and freelancers without employees can voluntarily participate in unemployment insurance, and enjoy unemployment insurance benefits after fulfilling their payment obligations in accordance with the provisions of these Measures. If a unit with payment obligation fails to pay unemployment insurance premiums according to the regulations, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the state and the province on the collection and payment of social insurance premiums, in addition to ordering it to pay back. The payer shall pay the unemployment insurance premium at 2% of the total wages of employees in the current month; The paying individual pays unemployment insurance premium at 1% of his monthly salary, and the employer deducts it from his salary.

If the average monthly salary of employees in the payment unit is lower than 60% of the average monthly salary of all employees in the local last year, the payment base shall be determined according to 60% of the average monthly salary of all employees in the local last year and the number of employees in the unit.

Enterprises whose household registration is not in cities and towns have all participated in unemployment insurance, and they shall be paid according to the number of employees who have established labor contract relations with them; Those who do not fully participate in unemployment insurance shall be paid according to the number of employees who have established labor contract relations with them and whose household registration is in cities and towns.

Urban individual industrial and commercial households and freelancers who voluntarily participate in unemployment insurance shall pay unemployment insurance premiums at a rate of not less than 2% of the average monthly salary of all local employees in the previous year.

The farmer contract workers recruited by the payment unit do not pay unemployment insurance premiums. Article 9 Unemployment insurance premiums paid by payment units shall be collected in accordance with the following provisions:
