What materials do I need to open an account with China Bank Shenzhen Financial Social Security Card?
1. Persons who meet the conditions for issuing financial and social security cards shall provide the following information:
(1) Non-Chinese mainland people can provide passports, mainland passes (home visit permits) with the original ID card. Note: The documents provided shall not exceed the scope limited by the Shenzhen Social Security Card Information Management System;
(2) Shenzhen social security card digital photo receipt (according to the regulations of Shenzhen Social Security Bureau, people who already hold social security cards (IC cards) do not need to provide digital photo receipt, and the Shenzhen Social Security Bureau system uses the photos of the applicant when handling the original social security IC card by default), such as the prompt that the original IC card photo collection time is more than five years, so as to avoid the appearance change affecting medical treatment or other business, open the card at the financial social security card business counter of Shenzhen China Bank;
The digital photo standard of Shenzhen social security card refers to the Technical Standard for Digital Photos of Valid Identity Documents in People's Republic of China (PRC), and the photo-taking point is the public designated resident ID card networking point in Shenzhen.
(3)/kloc-minors under the age of 0/6 should be represented by a legal guardian to open a financial social security card, and issue a valid identity certificate of the guardian, a valid identity certificate of the user of the financial social security card and a valid guardianship certificate (such as a household register). (2) Valid identity documents: the original and photocopy of the ID card of the family coordinator 1 copy; People from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are required to provide a pass to and from the mainland and an employment permit within the validity period. According to the Notice of Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on People from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Applying for Financial Social Security Cards without Employment Certificates and the Decision of the State Council on Cancelling a Batch of Administrative Licenses (Guo Fa [20 18] No.28), since August 6, 2018, people from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao are not required to provide financial social security cards. Foreigners are required to provide passports or permanent residence permits for foreigners and employment certificates within the validity period; /kloc-minors under the age of 0/6 need to provide the original and photocopy of the guardian's ID card and the original and photocopy of the guardianship certificate (such as the household registration book).
3, temporary social security card application requirements:
To apply for a temporary social security card, customers need to hold valid identity documents, receipt of card application/replacement of bank financial social security card, hospitalization certificate stamped by doctors of medical institutions and other relevant certificates, and go to the "window on the 4th floor of Haitian Comprehensive Building, No.2038 Caitian Road, Futian District" and "Shenzhen Talent Park 1 Floor Service Hall" for handling. Tips: The temporary social security card is valid for three months.
