How do Beijing enterprises handle social security accounts?
1, register
The insured unit shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license or establishment, apply to the social security agency for social insurance registration.
When handling social insurance registration, the insured units shall fill in the Information Registration Form of Social Insurance Units in Beijing (form 1) and present the following documents and materials:
(1) The enterprise holds the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person (copy);
(2) Institutions hold the Certificate of Legal Person of Institutions (copy);
(3) Social organizations hold "legal person registration certificate for Social Organizations" (copy);
(four) the administrative letter of introduction from the state organ to the unit;
(five) the unified code certificate issued by the national quality and technical supervision department;

Foreign-invested enterprises must also hold the Approval Certificate for Foreign-invested Enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC) issued by relevant departments.
The offices (institutions) established in Beijing by foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign institutions shall present the Registration Certificate of Permanent Representative Office of Foreign (Regional) Enterprises or the Registration Certificate of Foreign-invested Enterprises' Offices issued by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce.
A domestic branch with the status of an unincorporated person in Beijing must also provide a power of attorney issued by a superior legal entity to participate in Beijing's social insurance co-ordination.
The social security agency (agency) shall immediately accept the documents and materials provided by the insured unit in the Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form (form 1), complete the examination within 10 working days from the date of acceptance, and issue the Notice of Opening Beijing Social Insurance Payment Account for the insured unit, and the insured unit shall open a payment account in the designated bank with this notice; The social security institution shall register the insured unit according to the receipt of the bank account opening, and issue the registration certificate.
Step 2 change
If the insured unit changes the registered items of social insurance, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change registration, apply to the social security agency for social insurance change registration with the following documents and materials.

(3) Business license or approval certificate of the relevant competent department;
(4) Other relevant materials as stipulated by social security institutions.

The insured unit shall, within 30 days from the date of cancellation of registration, apply to the social security agency for cancellation of registration. When an entity applies for cancellation of registration, it shall fill in the Change Form of Information Registration of Social Insurance Entities in Beijing (form 1? 1) and provide relevant documents and materials. Two, the collection and payment of social insurance payment base
