(1) office
Comprehensively coordinate government affairs and assist bureau leaders in handling government affairs and daily affairs of bureau organs; Responsible for formulating various management systems and work plans of the Bureau and writing annual work reports; Responsible for the issuance and filing of documents of the bureau; Responsible for the organization of study, publicity, important meetings and activities of the bureau; Responsible for official document exchange and processing, information, files, letters and visits, confidentiality, administrative reception and logistics support; To undertake the submission of relevant bills, suggestions and proposals of the District People's Congress and CPPCC; Responsible for supervising and implementing the important arrangements and instructions of higher authorities and leaders, handling official documents and implementing the work arrangements of this bureau; Responsible for the construction of human resources and social security information system.
