On July 30th, 20021,the "Reply of Organization Department of Chongqing Qijiang District Committee on Proposal No.250 of the Sixth Session of the Second District People's Congress" was replied, and finally it was proposed to further improve the treatment guarantee system for grassroots cadres.

The Organization Department of Qijiang District Committee said that in the next step, the Organization Department of the District Committee and the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will actively strive for the early introduction of relevant policies for village cadres to participate in the "five insurances" and gradually solve the "five insurances" treatment for village cadres in light of the actual situation in our district. In addition, the Organization Department of the District Party Committee plans to issue the "Implementation Opinions on the Construction of Vocational System for Urban and Rural Community Workers in Qijiang District" during the year, and establish a natural promotion dynamic salary system based on factors such as post level, working years, education level, professional title and work performance.
