5. Intern: refers to the total amount of wages paid by persons who are not insured by the employer, such as interns. If interns are used, the employer must provide internship agreement, student ID card and other relevant supporting materials.

6. Others: List the factors that do not belong to the above five items to be deducted. If there is such a factor, a written explanation shall be attached.
