Starting from 20 19, Lanxi began to implement a universal medical insurance system with unified territory, urban and rural planning and optional grades. The system broke the differences between urban and rural areas and groups, and established three payment grades: one, two and three.

The first file: the employer's medical insurance is 7.5% (including 0.5% maternity), the flexible employee's medical insurance is 2%, and the city's personal medical insurance is 9%.
