Beijing disabled social security premium exemption

Disability premiums are paid on a sliding scale, which seems to be 1.7% in Beijing. For example, if you have 1,000 staff members, and if you have 17 or more disabled workers (who must have signed labor contracts and paid insurance), then you are exempted from paying the disability insurance premiums; if there are not enough 17 disabled workers, then you will have to pay the premiums for a few people if you are short of a few disabled people!

Disabled workers must have a second-generation disabled person's card, which is issued by the Disabled Persons Federation.
