How to calculate Shenzhen social security points

Legal analysis: Shenzhen social security points = Shenzhen social endowment insurance points+Shenzhen other social insurance points. Shenzhen social security points are directly read from the social insurance system by Shenzhen human resources security department and scored. The total score of Shenzhen social security points is no more than 40 points.

Legal basis: Measures of Shenzhen Municipality on Family Social Security Points (draft for comments)

Article 2 The term "residents' social security points entering households" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the persons who hold the Residence Permit of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and have legally stable employment and legally stable residence (including lease) in Shenzhen, who earn points according to the requirements of the points system, sort them according to the points, and approve to enter households within the annual planned quota.

Article 3 The municipal government shall, according to the economic and social development of Shenzhen and the principles of overall planning, safety and order, carry out macro-control on residents' access to social security points.

Article 4 The Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Office of the Municipal Population Work Leading Group) is responsible for guiding the implementation of the household social security points policy, coordinating, supervising and inspecting the household social security points work, and incorporating the planned indicators into the annual household registration population growth plan management in Shenzhen.
