During this period, social insurance-related business will be suspended. The specific matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Suspension

From 20: 00 on April 29th, 2022 to 8: 00 on May 9th, 2022.

Two, suspend the social insurance business and service channels.

(1) Suspension of business. The province suspended all businesses of basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees, basic old-age insurance for government institutions and occupational annuities, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents. Suspension of work-related injury insurance agreement, immediate settlement of work-related injury medical expenses of medical institutions and agreement on credit card bookkeeping of work-related injury employees in medical institutions.

(2) Suspension of service channels

1. Offline channels: service halls of social insurance agencies at all levels in the province, integrated social and banking service outlets, social insurance convenience service outlets in streets (communities), medical institutions with industrial injury agreements, and social security self-service integrated machines.

2. Online channels: Henan Social Security Online Service Platform, "Henan Social Security" APP, and "Henan Social Security" WeChat official account.

3. External docking channels: Henan government service network, "Henan Affairs Office", national social insurance public service platform and other related businesses involving Henan social insurance.

Three. Processing time of business recovery

All business operations will be resumed at 8: 00 on May 9, 2022/KLOC-0.

(a) during the suspension period, the insured units and insured persons can pay various social insurance premiums normally. After the business is resumed, the payment can be inquired through the service channels of social insurance business.

(2) The application for benefits not handled in time during the suspension period shall be given priority after the business is resumed, and the personal rights and interests of the insured shall not be affected.

(three) during the suspension period, if it is necessary to apply for new insurance business of work-related injury insurance, please ask the handling personnel of the insured unit to file with the social insurance agency in the insured area by email or other forms.

(4) Workers with work-related injuries can collect the required drugs at one time through the social security card of the appointed medical institution before April 29th 18: 00 according to the needs of injury (illness).

(five) during the shutdown period, the injured workers were hospitalized in the agreed medical institutions, and their medical expenses were registered by the agreed medical institutions. After the business is resumed, they will be discharged from the hospital according to the normal process.

(six) during the suspension period, if the injured workers really need outpatient or hospitalization for emergency treatment, they can be hospitalized in advance or buy drugs in cash at the agreed medical institutions, and keep the payment bills. After the national overall planning information system is put into use, it will be reimbursed according to the procedures for reimbursement of medical expenses for sporadic work-related injuries (the time for submitting bills will be subject to manual filing and approval).

(7) At the initial stage of related business recovery, please choose the time reasonably, and try to handle it at the wrong peak to avoid congestion.

(8) In May 2022, the business acceptance time was extended to 24: 00 on May 27th, and resumed to 25th of each month from June 2022.
