How to pay social security in Beijing

Legal analysis: At present, Beijing pays social security by itself. The main ways are: Beijing household registration personnel can go to the community where the household registration is located to handle it themselves. However, it should be noted that rural hukou personnel in Beijing generally pay the new rural cooperative medical system, while urban hukou personnel pay residents' medical insurance. Or apply to the social security bureau to be a flexible employee, but there are only three insurances: pension, medical care and unemployment.

Legal basis: Article 24 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the state establishes and improves the new rural cooperative medical system. Measures for the administration of the new rural cooperative medical system shall be formulated by the State Council.
