Can medical insurance not be paid?

Both medical insurance and social security are paid voluntarily. If you just want to get medical needs protection, you can only choose medical insurance payment, and you don't have to pay social security. Social security has medical insurance, but medical insurance can be paid by itself. Without social security, you can only pay medical insurance.

Article 23 of the Social Insurance Law, employees shall participate in employee medical insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic medical insurance premium in accordance with state regulations.
