How to transfer flexible employees into enterprise social security?

Flexible employees with household registration in Shenyang used to pay endowment insurance in other provinces, but now they want to transfer back to Shenyang for insurance. There are two ways to handle this.

Online application: log in to the national social insurance service platform or the "Pocket 12333" mobile app for self-application;

Window processing: Flexible employees who are insured in Shenyang apply to be transferred to the county (city) pension insurance sub-center, and the staff of individual departments will issue basic pension insurance payment vouchers for them, which will be taken by themselves to the pension insurance agency in the receiving place.
