What's the difference between Sanjintong and Minsheng Shanxi?

"Sanjintong" is a mobile phone government service software for local governments, which is jointly developed by the provincial government and China Construction Bank. "Minsheng Shanxi" is a social security service software specially designed for Shanxi citizens.

2. Different service types

"Sanjintong" covers five service functions such as handling, inquiry, examination and approval, appointment and payment, and supports the handling of various certificates, social security payment and inquiry, and tax handling.

Based on the social security card library, Minsheng Shanxi provides online inquiry and handling of 57 social services, including pension/work injury insurance qualification certification, pension calculation and payment, social security inquiry, insurance voucher download, training registration and job registration.

Note: According to the requirements of the provincial government's informatization reform, from March 1 day, 2022, the "Minsheng Shanxi" APP was integrated into the "Sanjintong" APP on the mobile terminal of the comprehensive government service platform in our province. After the "Minsheng Shanxi" APP goes offline, users can continue to query and handle various social services through the "Sanjintong" APP, the local service of electronic social security card of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security "Pocket12333" app and the local service of electronic social security card of China Industrial and Commercial Bank.
