3. Enter the employee's information, such as name, ID number, cell phone number, etc., in order to query the employee's return to work record information.

4. If the employee is a Shanghai resident, the system will show the quit order and labor manual together and return it to the employee. If the employee is a foreign household registration, the system will display the information about the withdrawal form.

5. After inquiring about the information on the return of labor, follow the system prompts to operate and submit the application for return of labor.

6. After submission, the system will provide feedback according to different situations. If the conditions of withdrawal and stop payment are met at the same time, the interface will display "successful application", and the approved form can be printed on the spot. If there is a situation such as stopping payment in the following month, you need to follow the system prompts to operate.

7. After printing out the return-to-work form and verifying that the relevant information is correct, you can complete the online printing of the return-to-work form.
