(3) Those who live in other places can be certified online. The prerequisite is that the place where the retiree is certified must have Internet access and camera equipment. The so-called online authentication means that the retiree himself or herself goes to the window model of the social security agency in the foreign place (place of residence) online remote authentication.

Fourth, note: overdue to participate in the survival of the certification of the personnel, will be suspended from the payment of their basic pensions, to be given after their participation in the survival of the certification of retroactive payment.
