According to Beijing's social security policy, if you are a nonlocal registered permanent residence and have no work unit in Beijing, you can't pay various social insurance premiums in Beijing.

After re-employment in Beijing, the new unit should pay various social insurance premiums for employees from the date of employment, but it can't pay back the social insurance premiums during the period when there is no work unit.
