Social security payment for more than three months

Legal analysis: if the social security is overdue for more than three months, you can go to the social security bureau to make it up.

Reason: (1) As long as you go to the social security center to open a social security payment voucher and get back the endowment insurance manual when you leave your job; (2) When you arrive at a new unit, you can hand it over to the personnel of the human resources management department of the new unit to handle the renewal procedures, and you can renew your employment after three months.

Legal basis: Article 72 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) determines the sources of social insurance funds according to the types of insurance, and gradually implements social overall planning. Employers and workers must participate in social insurance and pay social insurance premiums according to law.
