1) basic information collection
Let the new insured fill in the "Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form";
2) Online declaration
Log on to the website of "Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Hall" from 5th to 2nd1day every month, and click "Business Application" and "New Insurance Application" on the left side of the window.
Click "Add Insured" to open the personal basic information entry window. Fill in the declaration information in turn according to the "Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form" that has been filled out by the newly insured. If the postal code starts with "0", you cannot enter it directly. You can write it in word and paste it in. Generally, new insured persons choose "new participation system" and "new work" among "reasons for personal payment of medical insurance" and "reasons for personal payment of four insurances". Enter the information and click the "Save" button. Click "Continue Entry" to enter the basic information of several new insured persons in turn.
Check the person who wants to add employees in the window and click "Submit Application".
3) declaration inquiry, report downloading and printing
Log on to the website within 3 working days after submitting the application. Click "Query Management" and "Declaration Information Status Query", select the query date range and business type, and click "Query". If the four insurances and medical insurance in the query results all show "successful import", the online recruitment application of this person has been successfully accepted. Failure to check the reasons for "Import Failed" should be adjusted accordingly before submission.
After the import is successful, click the business report query and personal information registration form on the left, check the person to be added, and click Download and Print; "Personnel Increase Table", check the person to be added, and "Download and Print". Print personal information registration form and membership increase form.
4) Material submission
Before 25th of each month, prepare the following materials for the new insured in that month and submit them to the online declaration counter in the social security hall:
(1) 2 copies of the personnel increase form (online declaration form) (sealed);
(2) Personal information registration form (special form for online declaration) in triplicate (sealed);
③ Two one-inch color photos with white background required for secondary mining;
④ Two copies of the ID card (front only) (1 copy stamped, 1 copy not stamped);
