How to report the loss of Jinan medical insurance card

I lost my medical insurance card in Jinan. What should I do?

If the medical insurance card is lost, you should call 80698503(24-hour automatic voice call) as soon as possible, or log on to the website of Jinan Social Security Bureau to report the loss.

Report the loss online in the social security card loss reporting window on the home page. After reporting the loss, the system will automatically lock the medical insurance settlement function of the card account to prevent the cardholder from being fraudulently used by others.

Within 7 days after reporting the loss by telephone or online, take my valid ID card to No.46 Liulishan Road, and go to the comprehensive medical insurance service hall of the Municipal Social Security Bureau 1 Building Medical Insurance Card Management Window to report the loss and reissue the card in writing.

Program. If the loss is not reported in writing, the system will automatically restore the medical insurance settlement function of the card after 7 days.
