There are some differences in the way and time of survival certification in different regions. You can call the social security service number: 12333.

First, the authentication object: all retirees of insured enterprises and individual retirees who have gone through the formalities of receiving basic pensions belong to the authentication object.

2. Certification time: once a year: May 1 to June 30 (except legal holidays), from 8: 30am to11:30pm every Monday to Friday.

(Some provinces and cities require retirees to apply for a certificate in the month of their birthday, which can be postponed until February. )

If the certification results are not fed back on time, the social security agency will suspend the payment of social security benefits after two months overdue.
