Open the guangdong provincial department of human resources and social security-Guangdong social security service (website: /gdsbfw/), click the social insurance online personal service, log in with your personal account, and enter the system.

In the menu bar on the left, find the query of social insurance participation payment record, and click on the query and print of personal rights record (participation certificate) below to see the options.

Enter the print page of Guangdong social insurance enrollment certificate (individual), select the starting year and ending year, click Query, select the corresponding record, and click Print to print the individual enrollment certificate.
